John Leahy is an artist living in Seattle, Washington. His current work is primarily small format mixed media on paper, canvas, and museum board. With a uniquely expressive style, he explores narratives involving human archetypes in abstract spaces. In the beginning of the year 2000, he took a hiatus from exhibiting to pursue a career in teaching and start a family. After years of a more private art life, he is now actively exhibiting, marketing, and sharing his work publicly.
